On October 17, Du Zhaoying, Head of Human Resources at Shenzhen Cell Valley, was invited by the School of Food and Pharmaceutical Sciences at Shenzhen Polytechnic University (SZPU) to deliver a special lecture on "Resume Skills" for the class of 2025 graduates. The core objective of this lecture was to apply the industry-education integration model between Shenzhen Cell Valley and SZPU, using concrete examples to effectively enhance graduates' professional skills in resume writing and interview techniques.

During the lecture, Ms. Du Zhaoying first provided a detailed overview of Shenzhen Cell Valley's strategic deployment, founding team, and comprehensive talent development system. Since 2023, our company has collaborated with SZPU to formally establish an innovative industry-education integration model, which has yielded notably significant results. Of particular note, among the students who participated in our internship program last year, the retention rate reached 75%. This remarkable achievement not only demonstrates the effectiveness of our talent development mechanisms but has also received high praise from leaders of the Shenzhen Pingshan District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Subsequently, during the interactive segment of the lecture, students engaged in in-depth discussions with Ms. Du Zhaoying on topics including interview techniques, career planning, and industry development trends.

This lecture deepened the students' understanding of Shenzhen Cell Valley and promoted a more comprehensive and in-depth appreciation of the biomedical industry. Many students reported that the lecture provided them with valuable insights into resume writing and interview skills, giving them a clearer direction for their future career planning.
