Non-viral vectors utilize the physicochemical properties of non-viral vector materials to mediate gene transfer. Shenzhen Cell Valley primarily provides its unique non-viral gene engineering technology (PiggyBac transposon modification), a core technology for CAR-T therapy development. PiggyBac can effectively deliver large amounts of genetic material to T cells, producing CAR-T products with a high percentage of stem memory cells. This includes various subtypes such as single-promoter single-gene, single-promoter multi-gene, and dual-promoter multi-gene.
